Analysis of supplier evaluation and selection strategies for sustainable collaboration: A combined approach of best–worst method and TOmada de Decisao Interativa Multicriterio

Sustainable collaboration between manufacturer and supplier has emerged as a crucial supply chain decision for increasing business efficiency. In this study, theoretical framework is proposed that uses practice-based view to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) developing sustainable collaboration. Further, the current study proposes novel three-phase evaluation–selection model assess incumbent suppliers on basis of KPIs showcasing applicability framework. The best–worst method (BWM) in first phase generating weights KPI, adopts TODIM approach second evaluation suppliers, develops classification grid third analyzing impact each selection strategy be adopted. novelty based with consideration desirability well potentiality metric strategies, namely, retention, development, switching.
